Cancellations & Amendments
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the NSW Minerals Council.
Non-member cancellations received on or prior to Friday 16 April 2021 will receive a refund, less a $15.00 administration charge per registrant. Cancellations received after Friday 16 April 2021 will not be refunded.
However, registration may be transferred to another person at any time on or prior to Friday 16 April 2021 at no charge. Transfers after Friday 16 April 2021 will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per transfer. Please provide details of the substitute delegate or registration change in writing to the NSW Minerals Council. Please note we will require payment by credit card at the time of the transfer request.
This event will proceed in accordance with COVID-19 rules and guidance from the NSW Government and health authorities.
If the event is postponed due to government restrictions, all tickets will be held for the postponed event.
Eligibility for Tickets
The event is open to both members and non-members of the NSW Minerals Council working within the minerals industry of NSW, related government agencies or supporting organisations. If tickets are oversubscribed, preference will be given to members of the NSWMC. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any tickets in the event of ineligibility or oversubscription. A full refund will be offered to affected parties in this instance.
