The five year outlook numbers released in the report show that mining will continue to help underpin the economic success of Australia, including NSW.

According to the report, coal export volumes are set to increase by 5.3% to 2020-21.  In addition, the projected increase of 5% in gold export volumes by 2020-21 is an encouraging indication of success for the local industry moving forward.
