Centennial Coal 
Centennial is an underground coal producer in NSW and a wholly owned subsidiary of Banpu Public Company Limited; a leading integrated energy solutions Company in Asia Pacific.
Centennial supplies coal to domestic and export markets and fuels approximately 40% of NSW’s coal fired electricity.  Operating five mines in NSW, in Lake Macquarie and the western coalfields near Lithgow (including rehabilitation projects and potential new mining projects), Centennial employs over 1,600 people.

Operating since 1973, Dust-A-Side has accumulated hundreds of years of combined project experience, employs more than 600 personnel globally, and operates across four continents. Dust-A-Side Australia provides a one-stop shop to dust management; delivering the most operationally sound and cost-effective solutions across the mining value chain. We have developed a full range of dust control services that effectively reduce water consumption and operating costs, while improving safety and production. The Bloomfield Group
The Bloomfield Group is Australian owned and operated and has interests in mining and engineering in the Hunter Valley, NSW. In business for 81 years, Bloomfield employs around 500 people and operates two open-cut mines; Bloomfield Mine at East Maitland (40 mins from Newcastle) and Rix’s Creek Mine, 5km northwest of Singleton, NSW.
Coal from both sites is railed to Port Waratah Coal Services (PWCS), of which Bloomfield is a founding member and current shareholder.  Coal Services is a Specialised Health and Safety Scheme that provides an integrated suite of services to help identify, assess, monitor and control many risks inherent in the New South Wales (NSW) coal mining industry.
Our preventative and responsive services in the areas of occupational health and safety, workers compensation, mines rescue and training help to deliver on our purpose, ‘to protect’.

EMM Consulting 
EMM provides a full range of environmental planning and technical services across a range of sectors. We are best known for our work on mining projects where we have a reputation for providing quality strategic, cost-effective and practical solutions for our clients.
Opening in 2008, EMM is employee-owned and now has over 80 personnel across Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra. MACH Energy
MACH Energy is committed to building a world-class energy business in Australia by acquiring and developing tier-one assets.  The Mount Pleasant Operation (MPO), purchased from Rio Tinto in 2016 is their first. Located three kilometres from Muswellbrook, in the Hunter Valley, the mine is approved to produce up to 10.5 million tonnes of run of mine thermal coal.  Construction is nearing completion with the first production of coal in late Q2, 2018.  Due to its high quality and low impurities, MPO is targeting clean energy coal, to be used in the world’s most advanced and highly efficient power plants, enabling lower global emissions and facilitating the transition to a low emissions economy.

Idemitsu Australia Resources (IAR) has been operating in Australia since 1978 and owns coal mining operations throughout Queensland and New South Wales. Our combined operations support more than 1,000 local jobs and produce about 12 million tonnes per annum of thermal and semi-soft PCI coals for export, predominantly to Asian markets. We are continuing to develop our assets in Australia through existing operations and greenfield sites.

Regis Resources
Regis Resources Limited (ASX: RRL) is a publicly listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team that has a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations within Australia and Africa. 
The Company is a purely Australian gold miner with operations at the Duketon Gold Project in the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia that produce approximately 360,000 ounces of gold per annum and the McPhillamys Gold Project near Blayney in the Central Western region of New South Wales. 
Regis is pushing forward with plans to bring McPhillamys into development. McPhillamys would produce approximately 190,000 ounces of gold per annum on average and represents an organic growth opportunity for the company.
NSW Resources Regulator 
The NSW Resources Regulator was created on 1 July 2016 as a standalone regulator responsible for compliance and enforcement functions across the mining industry in NSW. The primary focus of the Regulator is:
  • to regulate the safety and health performance at NSW mines and petroleum sites
  • ensure mine sites are complying with the Mining Act, which includes fulfilling their rehabilitation obligations.

Evolution Mining
Evolution is a leading, growth-focussed Australian gold miner. Evolution operates five wholly-owned mines – Cowal in NSW; Mt Carlton, Mt Rawdon, and Cracow, in Queensland; and Mungari in WA. In addition, Evolution holds an economic interest in the Ernest Henry copper-gold mine that will deliver 100% of future gold and 30% of future copper and silver produced from an agreed life of mine area. Outside of this life of mine area Evolution will have a 49% interest in future copper, gold and silver production. FY18 Group gold production guidance is 750,000 – 805,000 ounces at an AISC of A$820 – A$870 per ounce.

Bengalla Mining Company, located four kilometres south west of Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, supplies international markets with thermal coal. Bengalla is an open cut mine, using a dragline and excavator/trucks to remove overburden and coal. Coal is processed and prepared for sale prior to being loaded on to trains for transporting 130kms’ to the Port of Newcastle where it is shipped to international customers. 
Bengalla Mining Company is a Joint Venture operation with ownership by New Hope Group 80% and Taipower 20% and managed by the New Hope Group.
