The NSW Mining - Young Achiever Award

The Young Achiever Award recognises an inspirational young professional aged between 18-35 years who is building a successful career in mining.

1. Overview (10%)
  • Name of entrant, date of birth, company and job title.
  • Overview of your current role and responsibilities and an overview of your business.

  • What are your skills and qualifications?
  • What is your employment background? 
  • What have you done to help towards your career advancement and personal development?

3. Your achievements (30%)
  • What are your career achievements over the past 2 - 3 years? 
  • Give us an overview of your goals for the next five years. How are you working toward these goals?

4. Challenges and opportunities (30%) 
  • Tell us about a challenge that you’ve faced in mining and tell us how you’ve dealt with it.
  • What are your inspirations for your career in mining?
  • How do you plan to contribute to a strong and respected NSW mining industry in the future?
