Trade Exhibitor Opportunities

The 2017 NSW Mining Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC) Conference and Awards Dinner returns again this year at the Crowne Plaza in Hunter Valley.

This event, running over three days from 14th to 16th August 2017 in Hunter Valley is the biggest of its type in NSW; attracting around 500 people from industry, consultants, experts and government regulators. The event has grown from strength to strength every year due to our high quality program, the opportunity to learn from experts and a wide range of networking opportunities.
The Trade Hall will feature on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 August of the conference. We’ll hold the following events in the Trade Hall to maximise your exposure at our conference:

● Trade Hall open from 8am on Monday and Tuesday for networking before conference sessions
Morning and afternoon tea breaks on Monday and Tuesday
Pre-Awards Dinner Cocktail Function on Monday evening
Tuesday Morning Tea Prize Draw (an opportunity for your delegate prizes to be drawn)
Sponsored Barista Stands (extremely well patronised by conference delegates

We’ll be bringing back our Trade Exhibition “Passport” to encourage people to visit your stand and give you even more opportunity to promote your business. Delegates that have their passport stamped at every trade stand to go in the running to win a prize, drawn during morning tea on Tuesday.

Plus the ‘People’s Choice’ Award will return for the second year. All trade exhibitors will be eligible for nomination. Delegates will be provided with an opportunity to vote for the best trade stand via an entry form in their pocket program. The winner will be announced at the Awards Dinner Cocktail Party on Monday evening and will receive a short time slot in which they can promote their business to delegates
in Tuesday mornings plenary session.
